About the Product

How does the mybrushly brush cleaner work? +
Simply insert your makeup brush into the spinner collar, dip it into a glass of water, and press the power button. The electric motor spins the brush at high speed to remove all pigment, powder, and bacteria. Lift the brush out and spin again to dry — all done in under 30 seconds.
What brush sizes does it work with? +
The mybrushly cleaner comes with 8 collar sizes to fit virtually all makeup brushes — from small eyeshadow brushes to large powder and foundation brushes. It is compatible with most major brush brands including Real Techniques, Sigma, MAC, and more.
Is it safe for all brush types? +
Yes. The mybrushly cleaner is gentle enough for natural hair brushes and synthetic bristles alike. We recommend using it with a mild brush cleanser or plain water for best results.
How is it powered? +
The mybrushly cleaner is USB rechargeable — no batteries required. A full charge takes approximately 1–2 hours and provides enough power for multiple cleaning sessions.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted via Shopify Payments.
Can I modify or cancel my order? +
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will have been processed and sent to our fulfillment center. Please contact us immediately at support@mybrushly.com if you need to make changes.
Will I receive a confirmation email? +
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number within 1–3 business days. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? +
United States: 3–5 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days

Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment. All orders include free shipping — no minimum required.
How do I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to activate after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Do you ship outside Canada and the US? +
Currently we ship to Canada and the United States only. We are working on expanding to other countries. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your region.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will process your return. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long does a refund take? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
